Membership Information

How to Join the Club
Please read the information below to choose your appropriate membership type.

• Please select your payment option from the drop down box below.
• New members will then need to click on the CREATE A NEW USER ACCOUNT & REQUEST MEMBERSHIP tab at the bottom of this page and complete that. (Existing members will not see this option).
• Renewing members do not need to do anything after making payment other than continue to enjoy the benefits of being a member of South Coast Camera Club.

Basic benefits for all members
All club members are entitled to engage in Club activities, including attending our monthly meetings, interclub meetings, field trips and workshops, and talks by guest speakers. All members also receive the Club’s monthly newsletter “On a Roll”, and, for Facebook members, access to our Members-Only Facebook group. In addition, all members are automatically members of the South Australian Photographic Federation, and are covered by SAPF’s insurance policy whilst engaged in Club activities and events. 
 
The various membership types available depend on your age, location and which entitlements you would like to add to the basic benefits listed above.

Full Competing membership ($50)
This is for people 18 years or more of age. This gives you the basic benefits and also entitles you to enter our competitions, to vote on any issue, and to stand for election to the Committee.
 
Junior Competing membership ($20)
For people under the age of 18. This gives you the basic benefits and also entitles you to enter our competitions, to vote on any issue, but not to stand for election to the Committee.  Membership also includes the benefits of a Social Member and a Postal Member.
 
Social non Competing membership ($20)
For people of any age, this membership provides the basic benefits only. You can’t enter our competitions, vote, or stand for election to the Committee.
 
Postal Competing membership ($25)
A postal member is a person of any age whose permanent address is outside the City of Victor Harbor and adjoining councils, or a person who is unable to attend meetings regularly for health reasons. This gives you the basic benefits and also entitles you to enter our competitions, vote on any issue, but not stand for election to the Committee.

** NEW MEMBERS ONLY: JOINING FROM THE 1ST OF OCTOBER IN ANY YEAR WILL BE GIVEN MEMBERSHIP FOR THE  FOLLOWING CALENDAR YEAR as a sign on bonus.
