• 5.30pm: John Mitchell will talk about things photography.
• 6pm: Portraiture workshop .

Main topic: PORTRAITURE.

Tonight we will go through how to set up for portrait work, indoors or outdoors, this will include the use of natural light, flash, reflectors, back drops, green screen, use of depth of field, what lens, filters etc etc etc and the things to watch for in the way you present / sit / position your model.

All of this will be applicable to your family "shoots" as well, helping you get a better photograph.

The aim of this is to prepare you for a more intensive portrait "shoot" later in the year, equip you with the basics so you are ready to get the most out of working with a model.

We will have a few small "studios" set up to take you through it all.

Bring your camera / tripod etc.
